On July 15, 2024, Finance of America Companies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, announcing an expected effective time of 5:00 p.m., ET on July 25, 2024 for its intended 10:1 reverse stock split of its shares of Class A Common Stock previously disclosed on June 27, 2024. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and is incorporated herein by reference.
