Director Resignation

On December 30, 2022, Mr. Menes O. Chee notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Finance of America Companies Inc. (the “Company”) of his intention to resign from the Board, effective immediately. The resignation of Mr. Chee was not the result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management, or any other member of the Board.
